The Rose Development Co., Inc. has developed and built four commercial business parks in the Olathe community. By partnering with a commercial realty company, Rose Development is able to acquire premiere properties, and Rose Construction provides customized architecture and design services for each building on the site. Currently, Rose is developing and building the Kansas City Road Business Park in Olathe, KS and the Rosehill Executive Park in Lenexa, KS. The Parkside Business Center is scheduled to break ground in the fall of 2006.
